  1. Prep Your Skin
    Apply Curam Face & Massage Oil or your favorite facial oil to a clean face and the area you want to treat. This helps the cup glide smoothly over the skin and enhances the cupping effects.

  2. Stimulate Lymphatic Flow
    Preferably, begin each session by stimulating the lymphatic flow at the clavicle pit. Gently pump the Curam Face Cup a couple of times to open the flow. 

  3. Apply the Mini Cup
    Gently place the Curam Mini Face Cup on the area you want to treat, such as smaller places like the lips, nasolabial fold, around the nose, eyes, and between eyebrows. Slowly squeeze both sides to create a vacuum. For better contact, place your fingers near the edge of the cup. 

  4. Choose Your Cupping Method
    You can either use Dynamic Cupping (slow, sweeping gliding motions, performing out and up) or Flash Cupping (squeeze, hold, and release). Keep the cup moving at all times to avoid cupping marks. Work one side of your face at a time. For a complete session, pair the mini cup with the Curam Face Cup for other areas of your face, and finish with a few lymphatic strokes from your hairline down to your collarbones.
