  • Mat Pilates

    Mat Pilates is a class designed to enhance your Pilates practice using props. Focused on breathing, deep core activation, strength, and flexibility, this class helps you connect to your body while challenging and toning muscles. The props add variety and intensity, making each movement more effective and engaging. Based on Joseph Pilates' principles and incorporating contemporary methods, this class takes your practice to the next level.

  • Sweat & Sculpt

    Sweat & Sculpt is a high-intensity class that combines dynamic cardio with toning strength movements. A low-impact yet high-intensity workout designed to kickstart your week in the best way, this class will leave you feeling stronger, detoxed, and energized—ready to crush your goals for the days ahead. The class ends with an optional five-minute weekly guiding card and mindfulness session, offering a moment to reflect and reset.

  • Strength & Stability

    Strength & Stability is a fusion class combining strength training, ballet-inspired movements, and Pilates. This class focuses on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing stability, with the use of props to challenge your balance and coordination. Perfect for toning muscles, improving flexibility, and creating a strong, stable body.

  • Tone & Stretch with Red Light

    Tone & Stretch with Red Light blends the perfect combination of toning strength and relaxation. The first half of the class focuses on strengthening and sculpting your body, followed by a soothing stretch and relaxation session, enhanced by the healing power of red light. This class leaves you feeling both strong and deeply restored.

    Slow Flow & Yin 60 is a gentle, 60-minute class with a slow, flowing Hatha yoga practice - exploring asanas and connecting with your body and breath. This class is a perfect way to strentghen and restore both body and mind.

  • Yoga - Slow Flow & Yin 70

    Slow Flow & Yin 70 is a gentle, 70-minute class that begins with a slow, flowing Hatha yoga practice - exploring asanas and connecting with your body and breath. Once warm, the class moves into relaxing Yin positions, giving you time to soften, release, and restore both body and mind. The extended format allows you to truly settle into the practice and unwind.
