Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver orders within 3–7 business days. While we currently ship to Sweden, Norway, the UK, the EU, and the USA (please see important info below for USA), please be aware that international orders may take up to 14 business days. However, we always aim to deliver even faster whenever possible.
Shipping Fees & Tracking:
- The shipping fee is displayed at checkout and will not change after you have finalized your order.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to follow your delivery.
- Shipping costs vary depending on your location but are always clearly stated at checkout.
Free Shipping within Sweden:
- Orders within Sweden over 700 SEK qualify for free shipping.
Important Information for U.S. Customers
As of August 26, 2025, all international orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees — regardless of the order value.
Mywellniverse ships all U.S. orders under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
This means that any import-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the shipping carrier or U.S. Customs before or upon delivery.
