Terms & Conditions

Mywellniverse is an online and physical store offering a curated selection of second-hand home décor and fashion, alongside new products and services within beauty, wellness and health. Our offerings are available both in-store and online at mywellniverse.com, with delivery within Sweden and the EU.

Our store is operated by Mywellniverse AB (Org. No. 559204-4738, Värmdövägen 165B, 131 57 Nacka, Sweden).

By placing an order on mywellniverse.com, you agree to our general terms and conditions and commit to purchasing the selected products.

Your order confirmation serves as proof that a binding agreement has been established between you and Mywellniverse.

These terms and conditions contain important information regarding your purchase. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact us at support@mywellniverse.com.

Throughout these terms, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Mywellniverse.


1. General

1.1 Mywellniverse is intended for private customers, and you must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent in accordance with Swedish law (Föräldrabalken). We reserve the right to modify these terms when necessary without prior notice. The version of the terms that you agree to at the time of purchase applies to your order.

1.2 Intellectual Property Rights – All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property on mywellniverse.com belong to us. Any use of the site’s content, including copying or storing material for commercial purposes, is prohibited without our explicit permission.

1.3 Product Images & Descriptions – We strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions accurately represent our products. However, colors, textures, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

1.4 Condition of Preloved Items – All second-hand items are sold as-is. Due to their nature, signs of previous use are common. We always describe the product’s condition as accurately as possible, including any repairs, stains, scratches, or color loss. Mywellniverse does not guarantee the functionality of mechanical, electrical, or battery-powered items. However, we test lamps and similar items before selling them.

1.5 Availability & Technical Errors – We reserve the right to correct technical errors, delivery delays, stock discrepancies, and typographical errors on mywellniverse.com, in our marketing materials, or in advertisements.


2. Orders, Order Confirmation & Delivery Confirmation

2.1 Orders must be placed through mywellniverse.com. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms and confirm that your order is binding.

2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. Please review this confirmation and contact us at support@mywellniverse.com if you notice any discrepancies or have not received a confirmation.

2.3 An order confirmation is not a receipt nor a guarantee of delivery. In rare cases, we may need to modify or cancel an order due to stock discrepancies or pricing errors.

2.4 Stock Availability: We can only deliver items that are in stock. If a product is unavailable, we will remove it from your order and inform you. If your order initially qualified for free shipping but changes due to stock availability, the shipping fee will be waived.

2.5 Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email, which serves as your receipt and confirms a binding agreement between you and Mywellniverse.


3. Delivery Options

3.1 Parcel Delivery (Ombud or Varubrev via PostNord or Schenker)

3.1.1 For parcel deliveries or home deliveries, tracking information will be available via the Mina Paket app or PostNord’s app.

3.1.2 If your package has not arrived or is damaged during transport, please contact us at support@mywellniverse.com as soon as possible after receiving it.

3.1.3 We ship orders via PostNord or Schenker.

  • If the package is small enough, it will be delivered directly to your mailbox.
  • If the package is too large, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with pickup details.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (unless otherwise stated).

3.1.4 Bulky & Heavy Items: Some larger items cannot be shipped and are only available for free pickup at our physical store in Nacka, Värmdövägen 165B. These items will be clearly marked on the website.

3.2 In-Store Pickup (Nacka, Stockholm)

3.2.1 If you order online, you have the option to pick up your order for free in our physical store. Pickup must be scheduled within 14 business days from purchase.

3.2.2 You have 30 days to collect your item. After this period, due to storage limitations, we will relist the product for sale, and refunds will no longer be possible.


4. Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government regulations, or unforeseen cost increases beyond Mywellniverse’s control shall be classified as force majeure. This means that Mywellniverse may delay or cancel contractual obligations without liability due to such events. 


5. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy according to the Swedish (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59) and European law*, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must first contact us at support@mywellniverse.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Värmdövägen 165B 131 57 Nacka, Sweden. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5.1 Return Fee Policy

We charge a return fee of 69 SEK per return. While we understand this may seem higher than usual, most of our products are either beauty and wellness items that cannot be resold once opened or preloved treasures carefully curated for a second life. By setting this fee, we aim to encourage thoughtful shopping decisions and reduce unnecessary returns, supporting both sustainability and mindful consumption.

 

5.1.1 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are always happy to assist you.

 

5.1.2 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Beauty & Personal Care Products – This includes skincare, cosmetics, and face masks, as they cannot be resold once opened.
  • Damaged or Unsealed Packaging – Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund.

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize product integrity, hygiene, and sustainability.

*European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

5.2 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

5.3 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
