My Story

After several years in the fashion and retail industry, working with one main goal — encouraging people to shop more — I began to feel a deep disconnect, as if my soul was slowly fading.

On the other hand, as a Pilates instructor with 20+ years of experience, personal trainer, health coach, and former boutique fitness studio owner, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel better through movement and nourishing food. I love the feeling of fueling my body the right way, and soon my curiosity began to grow: What about the beauty products we put on our skin? The chemicals in our clothes and accessories? The impact of mass production on our planet?

I still love fashion, beauty, and interior design — there’s nothing like the joy of getting ready or surrounding yourself with beautiful things. But I don’t love the feeling that follows when I bring something new home, realizing I could have made a better choice for myself and the planet, if only I had more knowledge, done more research, or considered preloved alternatives.

That’s when the idea struck me: What if I could create a platform where people could find everything they love, just like I do, without the need to search endlessly for eco-certifications, safe ingredients, or stylish yet sustainable fashion and décor? A place that also offers a studio with inspiring workouts, wellness tools, and products designed to support health and balance?

And so, Mywellniverse was born.

Beauty

All beauty products included in Mywellniverse must have a base of naturally derived ingredients.

If a formula is not 100% natural, the remaining ingredients must be clean, safe, and either naturally derived or responsibly produced to ensure safe use. When applicable, this is clearly stated in the product description.

We prioritise ingredients that are eco-certified and organic whenever possible.

Products must be free from PFAS, microplastics, parabens, mineral oils and silicones. Brands that include unnecessary or harmful additives are not considered.

Every product is reviewed to ensure it aligns with our standards for safety, transparency and integrity, supporting both personal wellbeing and a more mindful way of living.

We prioritise natural and thoughtfully developed fabrics, alongside carefully selected preloved, remade and upcycled pieces that deserve a second life.

Wellness

We prioritize offering health and wellness products that are organic and/or eco-certified. However, for products that do not meet these criteria, we assess each item on a case-by-case basis. This includes weighing its health benefits against the environmental impact. We carefully consider whether the product, despite not meeting all our sustainability guidelines, comes from a company that upholds responsible practices, such as using eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and compensating for environmental impacts. Our aim is to provide wellness solutions that support your health while being mindful of the planet.
