Our Favorite Tuna Sandwich
By Nikie, Founder of Mywellniverse
This is the recipe so many of you asked for. Simple, quick and packed with protein, it has become one of my go-to lunches on busy days.
Less than 10 minutes. Around 30 grams of protein. And I never get bored with it.
Why I keep making it
It checks all the boxes without overcomplicating things. Nutrient-rich, protein-packed and easy to make your own. Add avocado at the bottom for a fuller meal, adjust the Greek yogurt for your preferred texture, or spice it up as you like. No right or wrong ways.
However I prefer tuna in water, not oil.
The recipe
