Nourishing Green Pea Soup

Sometimes All You Need Is a Soothing Soup
Proof that nourishing food doesn’t have to be complicated.
This creamy green pea soup is one of those simple meals that is easy to make, nourishing and colorful. Just a few ingredients and minimal effort. Topped with cilantro, chopped peanuts and shrimp for texture and depth, it turns into something that feels both grounding and satisfying.
This one has also become a founder’s child-approved favorite. (Okay, maybe not the cilantro. But otherwise.)
Green Pea Soup Recipe
You’ll need:
• 1 bag frozen peas (500–600 g)
• 5 dl water with vegetable broth
• 1 dl white wine
• 1 clove garlic
• 1.5 dl crème fraîche or a similar alternative
How to make it:
Bring the peas, water with broth, white wine and garlic to a boil. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Blend until smooth. Stir in the crème fraîche and gently reheat. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
Serve as is, or top with fresh cilantro, chopped peanuts and shrimp for extra protein, texture and flavor.
Bon appétit. 🤍
