Healthy Breakfast Rolls under 20 min

After years of trial and error, and a complete lack of patience for long baking processes, we’ve finally discovered the best and most delicious breakfast rolls - ready in under 20 minutes! Naturally gluten-free and yeast-free, and for those who prefer, they can also be made dairy-free.
These rolls are packed with beta-glucans - a type of soluble fiber found in oats that has numerous health benefits. Beta-glucans can help lower cholesterol levels, support immune health, and promote heart health by improving blood circulation. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your day with both taste and nutrition!
Recipe for 4-5 mid-sized Oat Rolls
- 4 dl rolled oats fiber (Oats are naturally gluten-free, but if you're celiac, make sure to choose gluten-free oats to ensure they’ve been processed in a gluten-free environment)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl Greek or Turkish yogurt (or dairy-free substitute, if preferred)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F).
- Mix all ingredients together using a spoon, and let the dough rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- After resting, scoop out dough (it’s quite sticky, so a spoon works best) and shape into rolls. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Top with your choice of toppings such as pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, or salt flakes.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
