This workout is perfect for doing at home or while on vacation—no gym required! It targets both your upper and lower body, delivering a satisfying burn while keeping your heart rate up.
The Circuit:
- 25 Chair Dips – Target your triceps using a sturdy chair.
- 30 Walking Lunges – Hold a kettlebell or any weight in front of your chest with both hands as you lunge forward.
- 10 Push-Ups – Engage your chest, shoulders, and core.
- 40 Mountain Climbers – Keep your core tight and go for speed!
- 24 Bent-Over Single-Arm Rows (12 per side) – Use a kettlebell and adjust reps based on your weight choice.
- 20 Goblet Squats – Hold the kettlebell close to your chest for these powerful squats.
Complete 3 rounds of this circuit, and then finish strong with a one-minute burner of your choice. Go for an AMRAP (as many reps as possible)—for example, jump squats, burpees, or high knees.
